I know it's tough and you might not think there is any improvement to the cravings but it will get better.
Try not to think about how long that will be and just focus on not smoking one day at a time.
You've made 14 days, it would be a shame to throw all that hard work away for something that really won't make you feel better in the long term.
Yes, I know giving in and smoking will not solve the problem!!! Now reached 19th day and though still craving, I don't actually want a cigarette; odd feeling.

Day 21................almost into 4th week. Can't believe I've managed 3 weeks so far. Yesterday I did one of those activities where I always want to smoke, and I didn't even think of it, so progress at last.
Last day of week 4. And in 2 more days it will be a month. Still feel very vulnerable, like in a split moment I could start smoking again (except I make sure I have no cigs around). Wondering if this feeling will always be with me.
