Seven Calendar Months

Hi All,

Its been an epic journey to seven calendar months, with mishaps and challenges along the way, there are times when I have thought this is 'easy' and times when I have thought this is 'impossible'. I was a very heavy and dedicated smoker for a long period of time and very pleased to be passing the 7 month mark (I didn't think it possible, nor did anyone who knows me), the addiction has gone, the habit has gone, the mental strentgh continues to grow!!
