Well I used to suffer from headaches often, in fact probably around 3 - 4 per week. I am also a sufferer of migraines but they are far less often, and pretty much non existant now that I have found what triggers them. But I have no not smoked for 11 days and was wondering if this is another positive on the health front to quitting.
Can anyone shed any light
