Had step 3 patch on today, its so diddy cant really believe its worth it.

Im thinking placebo (A simulated or otherwise medically ineffectual treatment for a disease or other medical condition intended to deceive the recipient (thank god for google)), but also thinking thanks for the help

Think I'll sack it tomorrow.

Day 42 - Its so small

:eek: I’ve got to tell you. When I read the title of this post I almost went running for some smokes. It sounded like some irreversible damage had been done. Now that I have read the message part I get it. Maybe they made the patches small so you can use 2? (don't try it I'm just kidding)

3 Days patchless, tired, irritable and fed up.

Cant believe much to do with diddy step 3 patch, but who knows.

Anyway by rights all nicotine now out of me so hopefully can get on with quit and life.
