I've made it to day 3 
so happy!! I feel so much better, the physical symptoms of a sore throat and.. consipation >_> are kicking in but i guess that's a good sign
So excited about my quitting, i only used my electronic cigerette twice yesterday ^_^ i'm going to keep using it when it runs out so i can cut down my nicotine intake.. then hopefully quit forever

Well done on making it to day 3.
I'm also just starting to get the sore throat (although I admit I didnt realise that was linked to quitting?!?!) but also have a dull headache. Nothing major, almost like I had a few beers last night (which sadly I did not!) so guess that is also related.

Awh fair enough yeah aparently when you quit after a few days your body starts getting rid of all the crap in your lungs and that's what causes a sore throat! And the headache is from nicotine withdrawral 
both are managable though, right? ^_^ worth it
