Thank you Sparky. Yes Its actually quite unusual for me to have a positive attitude, but i must stay positive, I so want quit for good and this is my 8th attempt. Jacqui

Have you listened to Allan Carr or read his book if not you should thats where i became positive Easyway to quit smoking. Have fun. Jacqui
