day 5 done. Day 6 today

Hi all, was so busy yesterday forgot to report in. Day 5 was done in a flash. Day 6 today and have just had my hot oats and cup of Tea. I havent felt any wild out of the blue cravings as yet. Only had 3 loz all day yesterday so thats good for me. Im doing my hardest to see how long i can go without lozenge. My mints are being used instead of loz. Anyway hope all have a good day. Jacqui
