Hi all still going at 43 days but I have a confession,i had 1 drag of a cig when i went out friday night...do I really have to start again?

It was horrible and I dont even no why I did it,surely it doesnt count,just one measley puff?

I wouldnt count it, learn from it, be aware its a slippery slope and move on.

I had a couple of drags day 7, didnt like, hated myself and could hear in my head Nic O Tine mocking me, look on it as a positive to remember how not worth it it was

Clare...just keep on keeping on. You can do it. Thats great, now you know how terrible they really are. Forget the slip up but remember how terrible it tasted.....ppat
