Helllllooooo . . . day 7 for me too . . had a few tough cravings today but lets stick with it Ivy . . sore throat etc is temporary . . keep up the good work . . only been on here a couple of days myself but everyone has been really nice a supportive and full of brilliant advice . . good luck . . and a big cheer A FULL WEEK CIGARETTE FREE . . yipppppeeee!!
