Day 37 - all good and ok.

Played golf on Saturday just as badly as when I smoked so no difference there then. Had a a mini crisis when I was getting ready to go out last night, noticed my patch must have fell off in the day. Quickly stuck another on as we were going to a friends house who is a smoker. Afterwards thought probably quite good it has fell off as I didnt even notice the difference. Felt sorry for my smoking chum last night as he was getting it of the women, "If Andrew can do it why cant you" (been there myself). Andrew hasnt bloody done it, he is doing it and will do his utmost to continue.

Given me a bit more confidence in sacking off the patches soon, which I am looking forward to doing. I have done 5 weeks full strength, now on step 2 for last 3 days, be it I have been taking them off at around 7pm.

Signed up to do Liverpool half marathon in March, no pressure there then, keep of the fags and get some serious training done.

The amount of times I've read someone say exactly the same thing you'd think some of the patches were just placebos :p

Was about to say the better weather is kicking in...but I think that's just up here in sunny, balmy Edinburgh :D
