Today I have mostly got a mangy throat, a loose bowel and an irritated psyche.
The good news is that I haven't smoked, and that the irritated psyche is mostly not caused by not smoking, and the throat is the lungs clearing, and the loose bowel is this and that.
And we had a chippy tea!

we all have days where we feel irritable, i always have done if im in a foul mood then im in a foul mood. im just finding the foul mood days less since i stopped smoking lol i seemed to be mostly on edge and in a awful mood when i was smoking.
i havnt had a weird throat or cough since i stopped, but my smoking stint was 9 years long, and some people on here have been smoking for 30 years or more, so i suppose that may be why.

Well I've smoked for 27 years minus 10 months but I think after 9 years the effects wouldn't be so different, but a lot worse over decades :/
