Today has been mostly distracting, and that's what is useful, distraction= not thinking about smokes!!
I'm tired still, but that's no bad thing, better than the insomnia I have had on and off for 30 years!
Still got the cravings, I caved in and smoked half a cig today, I'm not losing sleep over it though.
Still on the 14mg patches, it's not so easy on my own without the motivation of my other half but still I'm going onwards.
1 and a half cigs in 6 days, and 3 down the loo, that's ok
Smoking is an addiction, and I'm quitting.
