Site visit in Liverpool today, bit late, bit stressed, but did think and enjoy the fact that I wasnt also stressing on smoking, and realising the fag does not assist stressful situations.

Went running when I got in, 37mins for 4.2 miles, 1st time I went 10th Jan (3 days quit) same route did it 44 1/2 mins. So all good, just need to keep it up.
