New Quitter Again

Hi all,

Well I am 8hrs into my day 1, and so far all temptations resisted and cravings battled

Anybody have any idea on starting a group for us that quit today, if there is enough of us.

Probably best to set up a group for the month (most are a month besides new years day quitters).

Go to 'Quick Links' then 'Social Groups'. At the bottom of the page there is a link to create a group.

Yesterday

I guit yesterday to, well it was the 7th at 9:47pm but I think of it as 8th. I'm using the patch again.

Yeah, same here really, it was 11pm on the 7th, but I am counting from the 8th. Well done you and keep strong, there is a group for February quiters if you wanted to join. Must say that this forum is of a great aid.

I quit (again :rolleyes yesterday too at 3.11pm so I've just reached the 24hr mark. Could murder a fag as well.

Joined the Feb group to keep me on my toes though.

I lived in Brum till I was five, and am now, erm, somewhere in outer space eughh

Congrats on Day 1 completion. I just thought that a group would give us a responsibility to each other and ourselves to stay on the right track. Thought it could be a good boost of will power to see those who we started this journey with still going strong.
