Carol - that really did make me smile - thank you.

Am getting really p*****d off with the weight gain now - about 8 pounds now and it's doing my head in. I've increased excercise, started yoga, all naughty treats are thrown out and I'm eating really healthily now and still the weight continues to increase- just don't know what to do anymore. I know it should not matter - but I'm getting really down about it all especially as my clothes don't fit to well anymore and I can't afford (or even want to) by new, bigger clothes. My only consolation is that I was apparently slightly underweight when I first gave up so a few pounds did me good - but this is getting ridiculous.

Sorry - needed to have a rant about this - it is the only downside to giving up smoking and I probably care too much about it but I've always thought of myself as fat and it's the one thing I have a major issue about...no sense to it as I am not overweight but .....

I'll stop now as I'm about to cry - which is an utterly stupid thing to do over a few extra pounds....

Have put on a stone partly due to xmas and always put a few pounds on then, but quitting has meant that I have been rather more relaxed about food.I hate feeling like this and am down to 1 pair of fat jeans that still fit me.Its really hard and every day I start with good intentions, but I just feel hungry all the time.Am on to week 6 now so I really need to get focused. We will get there, its Monday again so am starting my diet again today and will do it this time.Am trying to think that it will only mean 2/3 weeks to loose this so its not far off to being back to normal! x x
