Welcome Blacklight, all i can say is firstly youve come to the right place. you will get all the help possible on this website. There are some really helpfull folks on here mostly 24/7. so if your feeling down any time of day or night someone will answer your crys for help.

Its not easy mate but when you have the backing from people going through the exact say urges as you it makes it a little easier. im on day 6 today, ive had a few wobbles this week :eek: but with the help and kind words on here weve managed to get throught them.
