keep going pfaber its not easy but worth it and as cav said in a previous thread no pain no gain, it will get easier but congrats for getting this far, see you tomorrow.

I wonder what day you'll have to get to before you can think "oh sod it I've given up for the length of both quits combined???"....well done pfaber but you're 132 days quit to me.

yes i agree with you on the 132 days but when we get to new years 2013 and i say i have quit for a year i will mean it and it will be true. i hope. to be honest i would not of gone back to day one but people on here would of seen me as a fraud if i had not. so back i went.
