Just wanted to say hi!
I'm on day 8 of my quit. I would have said Hi sooner but I had a problem activating my membership

Hi Sandylou
Congratulations on getting to day 8 - that's great. Which method did you use to quit? Whatever the answer it is a great achievement.
I'm using Champix and it seems to be going pretty well. I've had my bad days, there's no denying that and I still have bad moments from time to time but I'm getting there.
My mother in law (the best MIL anyone could wish for and only 60 years old) has recently been disgnosed with lung cancer so I think of that when things get really tough
I've also got Allen Carrs book and I'm armed with Paul McKenna's hypnosis CDs for when I come off the Champix
How's everyone else coping today?

You might want a life jacket or paddle depending how you view things around here
Good Luck and well done for 8 days.

Have a look around a few other threads by some of these people, then make your mind up. I'm sure you will realise, we are all bonkers, but in a nice way
Of course if you are still confused, feel free to use any other means of keeping afloat.
"never give up, never surrender"
Of course it could just be me thats completely bonkers and everyone else is just bonkers
