Uh Oh, just into second month cold turkey and my first spot for over 10 years has appeared.....and its a big one, right on my nose too.

Suppose its the nasty toxins coming out.Looking forward to an ailment free quit.

I dont really get any craves any more, its just putting up with the physical signs of detoxing!

Hi, i know how that is im covered in spots at the moment but think its down to quit and being full of cold lol.

i have decided they are teenage spots as i feel younger and look younger since quitting tee hee.

Hi Ben,

Just to reassure you I too have been suffering from spotty skin, one appeared on my chin and funnily enough another at the side of my nose at least it wasn't at the end.. I think you're right must be the body detoxifying.
