Hi Week 2 happy to see you again. I apologise that I left you mid week last time. This time I intend to spend the whole week.
Anybody have any tips for week two? I need to beat and conquer my last 10 day record...

Congrats....week 2 - bring it on
Today you have already chosen not to smoke. You've come here and posted so defo that previous sentence is 100% correct. Get used to that view - everyday is a day 'You Choose Not To Smoke'!!
There's other more practical things to do such as writing out a list of your reasons for stopping smoking...if you haven't done so already. Once done you could print out and place somewhere handy at home (the fridge) at the office (by your computer) in your handbag for those occasional moments when out and about. Read them through and any other posts you've placed here, especially when feeling a bit cravie.
Other things you could do: deep breathing...but not on the phone to clients or other work based calls :p, get out for a walk or even take up some sort of keep fit regime - it doesn't need to be Iron Man/Woman training and as mentioned walking is fine.
How's that as a starter for 10?
Well done for getting this far.
My advice would be to learn from your previous attempts. What did you find most difficult? What led to you caving in? What would have helped you to keep strong?
Then develop strategies to get over those things if and when they happen this time. So for instance, if you have previously caved in when you went drinking, give the pub a miss for a while until you are stronger.
If you can get yourself through those first few weeks, then it is really does start to get easier after that.
I found this forum so helpful - you can always get some support and advice on here.
