I've been doing well lately but today I've been craving one all day (not a good day for me)...all I can say is that we have each other on this forum, we're going through the same thing. I won't smoke if you won't!!! DOn't let me down because I don't want to smoke...just craving. Hopefully tomorrow will be different , it usually is.

Hi Lisa,did not give in..hope you didnt? Lol...much better day today as you said I would be!Hate them days,its all I can think about and really distracts me. Hope it does get easier..thinking I did better the first 2 weeks than I am doing now x

Heya Claire....no I didn't give in either....well done on us two! This giving up business seems to come in peaks and troughs. Riding the waves one minute and going under the next. We just have to tread water for a bit and catch the next wave up...sure it won't be long and we'll be feeling fab about our quits again.

We'll do it together.....we can't go back to Day 1 again, no matter how miserable we might get.
