Day 11 and 12 were great,thought things were looking up...today I feel like someone needs to give me a good shake,been walking about like a zombie and could not concentrate at work for the life of me..is this withdrawal or the champix? x

I don't know if it is from the Champix or not. All I can tell you is hang in there. Keep telling yourself that you can do this. Try to stay busy. Busy hands, busy minds...no time for smoking. If you can't take one day at a time take one hour at a time. Whatever you do, do not give in. Tomorrow is another day...you can do it!! ppat

Hi,yes am staying strong,dont think I could quit giving up after comin this far,its just the tiredness and lack of concentration im not coping with! Hope you have a good day x
