Hi

I am on day 11 of Champix and today is my quit day. I have tried every method going but this seems to be working for me.

So far today i've been ok. The odd craving but nothing that has made me want to leg it outside for a fag.

Good luck to anyone else on day 1 whatever method you are using

Hi Nic. I was very successful using Champix (I was smokefree for 15 mths) but I made a stupid mistake of smoking just one cigarette and it all spiraled out of control and it didn't take long to get back to 20 a day.

It's Day 1 for me too. This time I'm using NiQuitin Mini's.
