Thank you for your support and encouragement and Jackie thanks for the cake - went down a treat. I know it's baby steps but in my mind it has to be my forever quit, if I think I can always try again if I fail then my previous experience says that I probably will fail.

It has been playing me up today big time. I had to drive to a meeting about 30 miles and it was really really having a go at me, at one point it felt like it had its hands around my thoat banging my head against the head rest in my car. It thinks it is big and clever and yes it probably is big at the moment as I have fed it well for so long and it is cunning but I told it you won't be big for long you will shrivel up like a slug who has salt put on it and you might think your clever but your not, it is laughing at me so I told it you my laugh now but I will have the last laugh and those who laugh last laugh the longest - it has gone to sleep again (for now).
