Hi Clare

Firstly well done on quitting. You are doing fantastic...keep it up :D

I never had the nausea all day but my partner did quite badly and vomited some days. When he spoke to the doctor about it the doctor said it was the nicotine clearing out of all his organs and it would stop soon. It did stop after a couple of weeks. He didnt feel ill the whole time - some days he did and some he didnt. On the plus side he said that feeling sick stop any cravings he had :D

Keep going you have done 5 days! That in itself is no easy feat! I can't relate to the nausea but we can all support! :-)

Thanks guys. Funny thing is this has been the easiest day for me so far when it comes to cravings,I dont feel as if Iv craved at all. Im on day 16 of Champix tho so maybe the higher dose is getting in to my system more...hope it doesnt carry on,cant bare feeling like this again,Iv also been tired too so perhaps just need a good sleep too! x
