day one hundred is here. feel like i am right back in the driving seat. decided if i screw up again i will be going back to day 1 and i really don't like the idea of that . i have saved about three hundred and fifty pounds by not smoking but spent about one fifty on my electronic cigarette so about two hundred up. got plenty of supplies still though . best wishes to all my fellow quitters .

Can I ask what sort of e cig you use? only I've just got a starter kit and it seems okay but it uses cartomizers rather than e liquid. Wonder if you've got any recommendations regards value for money and quality products.

Didn't realise you are a vaper. Sounds like you paid rather a lot for your e cig. I got the cig and charger for about a tenner and then about a pound per pack of ten cartridges. Apparently each cartridge is about 10 cigs worth so it should work out as way cheaper than smoking.

It wasn't for me so I didn't persevere and decided to quit ole Nic altogether. Hats off to you that you have stuck with it as I have been a bit skeptical that anyone would.

I do know that there are forums for vapers ( yes really!!!) and you might find these useful for comparing products and value etc. I can't remember any names off hand but if you google you should find it.
