Well who is still on the quit. Im so pleased xmas has gone. Im hanging on by the skin of me teeth. That week after Xmas is sooon depressing. I have to be honest i did have a fag but back on track but im not starting again from day 1 . Ive continued with me quit. And if anyone disagrees then dont leave a message. Jacqui

Hi Jacqui - I'm also glad Xmas is over and can't wait for life to get back to 'normal' from tomorrow ... I found things VERY hard over Christmas, and can quite understand why some folks ended up having a blip. Just use the experience in a positive way - tell yourself you'll never ever do it again and keep on going.

Here's to a smoke free 2012!

OK so you had a fag...but just think. Next time it'll be New Year you'll have been quit over a year and next time round christmas won't be so difficult. Well done on getting back on the no smoking wagon....that's hard.
