Sorry ive not been around to support and chat to you all but been a bit busy with work and christmas ect.

I dont know if i should post in here for 2 months as thats what im now going into because sunday was 1 WHOLE MONTH smoke free NOT ONE PUFF

Yes still have real bad days but more good days.

Keep going everyone and if i cannot get on again for a while Merry Christmas and a Happy Smoke free 2012 to you all x
