I am now in my 4th month of being smoke free! Sorry I haven't checked in for a while but I hope that you are all doing well!
I had some really bad cravings today and I almost went to the shop and bought a pack but I chose not to and I went to the gym instead
I have felt a bit stressed lately so cigarettes have been springing up in my mind a lot.
Well done Tombo - really good to see that you are still standing.
Sorry to hear that things are a bit stressy, but you know that smoking won't bring peace and harmony - just another problem to add to your other ones.
