We November quitters are doing great! To be honest I'm on Day 16 and have been dreading week 3 as everyone has said how tough it is, I found week 2 flippin' horrible....and if I eat much more I'll explode but keep telling myself it's worth it and know it is!

Keep going I'm off to get more munchies......:rolleyes:

wtg 2 weeks is a long time and it was about then that i started feeling healthier and my skin started to improve.

Thanks everyone yes munchies sara cant get enough of them. Thanks dorset and yes skin hair all looks shiny and its been a good 2weeks staying strong for the next week too. Jacqui

Well done to all of you, see how days turn into weeks and then months. Makes it all worthwhile. Don't wait for something to happen after three weeks, all in the head, borrow a week if you need to and just say your four weeks, you can give it back later. David
