Karri - things have improved, I seem a lot more focused and a lot more chilled, I was going through a stage were I could have easily lit up again, but I was being really silly, the emotions I felt had nothing to do with a lack of nicotine, just took me a while to realise that.

I also have a mate of mine, who has been packed in over 10 years, he has been a constant source of help and support.

How are you well by the way? hope all is grand.
