Oh Yes day 12 and so pleased with myself extra strong mints are replacing the lozenger every now and again a breath of fresh air i know that mints are not so good for your teeth but who really cares i will continue to enjoy them. So here is hoping all new members and those who have past me well done for quitting because we are all achieving our goal.

My OH has just come in from having a fag, Poo so smelly. I keep getting the Fabreeze out and squirting niceness in to the air.
