Feeling a bit pants...very ruddy dose for the last couple of days...look like rudolph still not had a get rid of gunk cough :confused:

Aww hope you feel better soon Dave. Seems like theres loads of bugs around this year. How did you get away with no gunk???? Don't want to be gross but I only have to sneeze these days and gunk comes up.

Get the tissues with balm on them, they are a bit better for a sore nose. Vaseline also helps, think you can get little pots with added aloe vera. Just don't be tempted by any scented moisturisers, they sting like a bar steward :eek:
