Should people who quit cold turkey be measured like in dog years? 1 month = 2 or 3 months or more I know its not for everyone but seems it is a lot faster pace if you can hold up to it. Anybody watch x factor? Do they only let 1 person go every week seems slow? I like Drew to win. Oh I forgot to add starting month 3 YIPPEEEEE.

I don't think there is any real difference in the long run. In the short term, maybe. NRT quitters are still breaking down a lot of synapses.

Whatever works.

Not Quite Out Of WOODS

Out of nowhere I start have some of my old feelings: a little lightheaded, anxiety, and cravings like lemonade(sour). Maby it will pass soon. I was thinking of how good 1 would be but no way jose.:) If the weather man tells everybody to turn clock back 1 more time I'm going to chunk tv outside.
