Hiya, I've heard great things about Champix and loads of people are quitting successfully on this forum using it. Myself after many times using patches I've gone cold turkey. It's day 8 for me, and these mind games you play with yourself are annoying but I'll get there. This quit is the one for both of us.

Day 3 ....well done to you. I'm taking Champix too (now smoke free for 25 days). Its definitely helped me stay on the straight and narrow!! Plus all the lovely people on this forum.

I can't really. Live in a shared house at the moment so will have to face this constantly until i move out next year.
