I am now quit for 3 months and 2 days or day 94 or 13 weeks and 2 days they all sound good! I have saved £598.75 by not smoking 2,142 cigarettes.

Thanks to all who helped and supported me over the weekend when I had a rotten day....

Can't believe I have done it.

Thanks everyone for your messages of support and sorry for the delay in coming back here. Have been very busy at work and also went in at the weekend.

I am definitely enjoying the freedom and am beginning to feel sorry for anyone I see hanging about outside their places of work to get an intake of nicotine.

100 days tomorrow and then I am going to forget about not smoking for a while.....
