Hi pfaber11,

I am in day 4 too although I've technically nearly finished cos I gave up smoking on Friday lunchtime. Day 4 has been a lot easier than day 3 which was a complete nightmare , a few cravings but not great big overwhelming ones. Only problem now is I think I'm getting a cold , and wonder if that is to do with stopping smoking? Or it could be because I had a flu jab yesterday. Hope you have a good day today anyway :D

Well done both of you. You are doing great.

Zoemac - It is quite common to get a cold after stopping. A lot of people on here have said they feel like they are getting one.

Keep up the great work

Thanks Lingy :)

I've had a sore throat for a couple of days now and my doctor said it is part of the process, and then this morning I woke up feeling all muzzy and sneezy :( But I would rather feel like this than be back on day 3 of my quit, that was a real nightmare  Guess the Champix got me through. So apart from the cold, a better day so far!
