day 9!!!

hi everyone, hope you are all well?

am so excited i have got to day 9! feel really pleased with myself as i work with mostly smokers, how smug was i when they all had to go outside in the pouring rain and heavy wind for a smoke?

sleeping a bit better but my teeth are still sore but am back at the dentist next week.

i feel this time i am getting there.

I'm on day ten now, have saved over £50, so internet shopping for a new top at present.
