Back on day two and feeling great . Cant see myself going back to smoking anytime soon. Before this quit i went back to smoking for 8 days and i can honestly say it was disgusting . Sore lips and horrid mouth. See you all tomorrow in day three . Keep it up dorset and all you other quiters .

pfaber

day 2 :D . I think we all have the fantasy, how good that first cigarette is gonna taste and how amazing it will be, only to find out we lost a quit and it was utter rubbish and you wonder what made you pick it up. I then get the guilt trip, I should've never done it and because that ,I smoke more, the 2nd , 3rd, 4th....because what's the use anyway....

It would've taken me a year or more to come back ... well done for coming straight back . Thats an achievement in itself. I am so proud of you :D

Yep, Dorset's right, you've done really well to pick yourself back up straight away. :)

And you'll be better prepared for the 'just one' urges in the future. You've done it, you didn't like it enough to carry on, you've shown determination which is awesome.

btw, you're still part of Team Early September, you don't escape that easily :p

Congrats on that second day! Three for me was the first proper hurdle on this quit, once that was sorted it was pretty much smooth sailing....well for now!
