Day 4 nearly complete.

Fourth day nearly over and have to say so far the hardest part has been lack of sleep. A busy day today as it was my son's Graduation - as soon as we came out of the ceremony people were lighting up and to be honest it really didn't bother me one bit.

Really cut down on the coffee - not intentional but it looks as if one went with the other. Also noticed today that the light-headed feeling seems to have passed that I've had for the last couple of days. Hoping for another comfortable day tomorrow.
