Im not sure if I'm having interuppted sleep or not, certainly feeling more tired when I wake up tho.
Hi Shabba
Yes - it is very normal to experience disturbed sleep while your body adjusts to being nicotine free. If it becomes very problematic, you can buy herbal remedies that can help a bit. Well done on hitting day 3 - things should start getting easier after this.
Well done Shabba on getting to day 3. I am just starting day 3 and still feeling positive, just got up though after been awake on the hour, every hour which is unusual for me - hope it doesn't last too long coz I need my sleep
Still no sleep
Well done Claire day 3 I really didnt find as bad as most people said!!! I even managed the pub last night and still no cigs! I put on a really expensive perfume and kept smelling that when people walked in smelling of smoke and was amazed with how many people asked what I had on as I usually smelt of smoke!!
On the downside another interrupted nights sleep will get some herbal tablets tomo if I sleep bad again tonight x
Hi Shabba
I have also had HUGE problems sleeping, it started on day 2 and carried on to current "Day 5".
Did some reading and I think I may have been overdosing on caffeine!
I am gonna try cut out the Tea's and Coffees and see if that helps if it does you will be the first to know!!
P.S you smell nice what you wearing LOL
Keep it up!!
Shabba,
have just posted regarding this and I'm on day 7 - 8. I'm feeling tired a lot, but still feel fresher not smelling of fags all the time and now it's the w-e, I'm going to catch up on the interuppted sleep anyway.
Good luck for later
Paul
Can be a pain for quite a while; 10 days in my last quit. Once that hurldles was crossed, I slept so much better than I had in years and years...was well worth waiting for.
