Wow.. This is a different feeling to my old quits.. I can honestly say that the last 2 days working away, the thought of smoking has only come a couple of times a day. Even the old temptation of eating out every night has not done it this time.
It was funny though. I'm in Oslo, and after seeing my food bill include 9 quid for a pint, I found myself thinking "thank god I haven't got to buy fags here. I dread to think of the cost!!"
