Had my last smoke at 11pm last night so have now completed a full 24 hours Kept busy all day and whenever I have wanted to smoke I have sat with a notebook and made notes about why I want to quit and how many hours since my last smoke etc. Have also put my first day's money saved into a jar so as the days and hopefully weeks go by I will be able to count that when I get the urge to smoke.
I have smoked around 10 per day for over 30 years so I am about to go to bed quite pleased with myself knowing that by the time I get up in the morning I will have added even more hours onto my total.
