feel good, been walking more the past few days but my sleep disturbed,woke up a good few times the last few nights but hopefully that will improve in time.
i'm using paul mckennas book and hypnosis cd and so far so good.

Well done Maysie! You are passed the worst of it now. It's non uncommon to experience disturbed sleep - your body is having to adjust to not having any nicotine now. It will sort itself out in time.
Great going for you both on day 4.. I can tell you that you've got over that miserable 3 days now.. I'm just ahead of you on day 13, and the last few days, I can feel it getting easier.. So you're almost there. Only 3 days off a whole week smoke free!! Keep it up
