Nearly completed day 2 of not smoking... so hard when the whole family smokes around me aswell. Managed to work in a oub last night and still did not give into temptation! Few snappy moments last night but all good today

Well done i see like me your family are still smoking

I found what worked with me is that i made a desicion i wanted to do this the hard WAY that way, i would then never be tempted to SMOKE again, no pain no GAIN LOL,

so i make a point of being around smokers ,I am trying to get desensatised to it, it "KINDA" no longer worries me again KINDA!!!

it's a work in progress!

STAY STRONG and think of the pain you have been through, you dont want to waste that by smoking!!
