Throat gunk, nice!!

How attractive do I sound?! I have a sort of coated throat, like I can't quite clear it. Guess it's just an after-effect of smoking but it's annoying though not painful.

Anyone recommend a way of shifting it? Thought of using an expectorant maybe?

Try cleaning your teeth and using a strong mouth wash, or drinking a glass of water with squeezed lemon in it.

It's only a temporary solution, of course, but over time your mouth will re-become normal. This can take a few weeks to several months, depending on the individual.

My throat hasnt been too bad, thought I'd be coughin a lot more too, my sinuses are a bit blocked, think they've been like it for a while but I've only just noticed.

Friends i have a problem that i have notices after smoking a lot and that is that i cant run fast and if i run so the speed of my heart pumping gets also fast can you tell me why is it happening and what measures i should take now to get rid of it
