Day 5 and feeling much better than yesterday ! Although I do feel like I'm coming down with flu ! Don't min that though it's better than that feeling that your gonna explode that I had yesterday !!

Well done on getting to day 5.

I had flu symptoms at first but they came to nothing so I put it down to the toxins coming out.

Glad you are feeling better than yesterday you are winning the battle just keep it going
