Day 12

Well day 12 is here

Woke up this morning really wanting a cig so slapped the patch on quick.

I have an inhalator but it makes me cough so not too keen on using it.

I will not give in will be my saying for the day I think.

Went out for the day on Sunday and somebody lite a nasty stick, If smelt really horrible so I am trying to remember that smell.

Think it's going to be a hard day.

Going on holiday to Cyprus in October so looking forward to that and also not dying for a smoke when getting off the plane at the other end. Also won't have to worry where my smoke drifting this time
