all the time i smoked i suffered regular nightmares, did alot of research but never came across a connection between smoking and bad dreams
since quitting i very very rarely get a nightmare and have since researched and have came across information that smoking increases the likelyhood of nightmares
now here is the random thought when i did have a nightmare i would come downstairs and have a cigarette to calm down, now did my subconcious mind make me have a nightmare in order to get a cigarette mmmmmmmmmmm i wonder???????????? or is that abit far fetched

Clever thing, that junkie subconcious! I know that in the later stages of my previous quit, I seemed to develop more sophisticated forms of trickery to lead me back to smoking, so you never know!
i cant rember nightmares or vivid dreams when i smoked ... tho i must of had them ...
but ive had an amazeing number of vivid and strange dreams
while giving up ... its like watching a movie
dreams within dreams within dreams
very odd ... i wonder why ?
must b some reason for it xxx
