Nice Dorset day 17 or 18 it's still a big chunk of days.
Week 3 was pretty rough for me, but funny enough after week 3 when all the major tests were over with (the bar-test, the smoking friend-test, etc.) I haven't had a single craving since. Thumbs up to you, you'll be over with week 3 before you know it.
I wish I keep my mouth shut. Everytime I say I am feeling good I get the huge urge to get myself cigarettes. I am struggling away ....
It's a rocky old road, huh? Stay strong, Dorset - you're doing great. I am finding my struggles are more momentary now - I think the trick is not to dwell on it too much. A couple of weeks into my quit, I would use those moments to really wallow, and the sadder I got, the more justifiable it seemed to go and buy a pack. Luckily, the thought of telling my husband that I had started again, and potentially destroying his quit as well was an even less attractive prospect than suffering the crave!
